I had rotator cuff tear full thickness. Mr Warner was Brilliant he explained every thing to me showed me on a model what he was going to do,he answered all my question and made me feel at ease. After the operation he spoke to myself and my wife about it as it was worse than what he had thought he explained how it would be and what to do, the after care i received was truly Brilliant not a lot more i can say but truly a brillant consultant.

I have had two similar operations under the care of Mr Warner. The 'full house' of five stars I have awarded him, says it all. I particularly appreciated his straight forward descriptions of the operations I was to have and of their recovery process. Any queries or difficulties were handled faultlessly by Mr Warner and his Practice Manager. I always felt confident I was in safe, competent hands.

I would definitely recommend Dr James Warner as from my first consultation to being discharged from his care he explained everything that was going to happen within the procedure i was having to the after effects. I was also given a fit note in order to cover my absence from work as well as extra dressings for my wound. He was very polite and caring and assessed my situation properly before stating what i would need doing. Very helpful and healing very well therefore would say that he is very good at his job. Highly recommended.
